The contest runs through June 19, 2009. [Note: The deadline printed in the Spring/Summer issue of Girlfriend Getaways, July 31, is incorrect.] The prize (estimated retail value: $2,400) is valid through July 2010, and if it's not redeemed by the expiration date, it is forfeited in its entirety. It does not include transportation to the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, it's nontransferable and nonnegotiable, and it can't be redeemed for cash value. Overnight stay is based on resort availability; blackout dates apply and are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa. Valid only in the Run of House room category, double occupancy. If you must change or cancel a reservation, 24 hours' notice is required. If a reservation is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the certificate will be forfeited. Any expenses above the stated retail value of trade in this certificate are the sole responsibility of the guest(s). Credit will not be issued for any unused allowances as part of this package. Estimated retail value of the certificate is based on full rack rates and may not be combined with any other offers. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. One prize will be awarded; your chances of winning depend on how many entries we receive and whether we think yours is best. Open to residents of the 50 United States and its territories, except Arizona. Budget Travel (the contest's sponsor) employees and their relatives are ineligible. Winner must be at least 18 years old. Winner and three travel companions must sign an affidavit of eligibility and release. Void where prohibited.
