The Active Girl Gourmet Getaway weekend package includes two nights' accommodations at the House on Water Street, a 107-year-old three-bedroom farmhouse in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Rappahannock County, about 90 minutes from Washington, D.C. Continental breakfast daily and dinner on Saturday at The Inn at Little Washington are included. You can choose to hike the 3,291-foot-tall Old Rag Mountain—home to 200 species of bird, 50 species of mammal, and 51 types of reptiles and amphibians—on your own, or add $50 per person for a hiking guide from Shenandoah Mountain Guides. The Women's Spa-Sail Escape Week package includes six nights' accommodations—for the price of five—at the 225-room Pink Shell Beach Resort and Spa. It's located at the tip of Estero Island, a seven-mile-long barrier island commonly known as Fort Myers Beach. The highlight of the package is an Offshore Sailing School's sailing or power-cruising course of your choice: "learn to sail" for beginners, the intermediate "performance sailing," or "bareboat cruising preparation."
